Our winter wonderland will spark their imagination and bring Christmas to life with an amazing display of fairies, princesses, toys, elves, polar bears and more. In fact, we’re pretty sure the adults will love our nostalgic festivities as much as the kids!
Spend time with our jolly Santa Claus, who’ll be interested to find out what’s on your Christmas list and make sure your children receive one of his special presents.
Featuring wonderful performers who’ll engage with your children and there’ll be plenty of helpful fairies and elves on hand to guide you through the Grotto to make your visit special.
You can book a dedicated time slot in advance to avoid long queues, which is perfect if you’re bringing along little ones.
The Grotto is wheelchair and pram-friendly, with all the displays clearly viewable from floor level. We also have an autism-friendly quiet hour every Monday and Tuesday morning for children sensitive to noise.
